About
Understanding minds. Nurturing potential.
A coaching practice built on one belief: when caregivers understand faith-based principles and how the mind is wired, care stops feeling like a struggle and starts feeling possible.
Our mission
CoreMind Wellbeing Solutions exists to help parents and caregivers care for loved ones who experience the world differently.
See the person first
Every plan starts from your loved one's wiring, not a generic playbook.
Keep it practical
Advice you can use tonight, not theory you have to decode.
Support the supporter
Caregivers deserve the same care and patience they give their children.
Stay honest about limits
Clear about what coaching is and isn't, so families always get the right help.
Meet the founder
Ivy Mack, M.S., Ed.S.
Founded by Ivy Mack, CoreMind Wellbeing Solutions draws on her background in special education, school counseling, neuroscience and neurodiversity coaching, and education consulting. Ivy believes understanding how the mind works changes how we support those we love - and that caregivers deserve support that is thoughtful, practical, and responsive to the way each mind is wired.
What working with us feels like
Whether you join a coaching program, a caregiver circle, or start with a single resource, you'll be met with warmth, honesty, and respect for the expertise you already have about your own caregiving journey.
